A Note on OMR Engine version usage.

Not all versions of the OMR Jar found in this folder are absolutely necessary.

Version 0.7.0rc1 works tolerably with most versions of the answer forms, but can 
misinterpret filled in answer boxes as fiducials. It is kept here only for tracking and
test purposes. 
Version 0.7.1rc1 is for use only with the answer sheets produced by JAR-FCL application as 
tagged "installed_IAA_15_07_2011". Once that application has been updated to use the common
OMR class, version 0.7.1rc1 may be deprecated.
Version 0.8.0 is for use only with feedback forms produced using the code supplied to MINT
in October(?) 2011, should that need arise. This is because that code places this column
fiducials in a different position to other forms generated using the common OMR class.
Version 0.8.1rc1 is the current (03/01/2012) production version of the OMR Engine and should
be used in all other corcumstances.
