Responsible for execution of tasks related to the development, maintenance and documentation of software components in, or customization of, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM or the cloud version called Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Microsoft Lifecycle Services. The developer will spend the majority of their time developing with the aim of delivering tasks related to client delivery of customisations, report writing, data migration and integrations.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or related-area
In-depth knowledge of OOP concepts
Academical or industry development experience with .NET Development in Visual Studio
Good business background and comfortable with client facing tasks
Ability to work alone or in a team
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to travel and work in an international environment for large multi-national projects

Detailed description of main tasks and key responsibilities:

Customize Dynamics 365 using C#, X++, Visual Studio, MorphX and other related technologies
Create interfaces between Dynamics and other external applications
Package Microsoft Dynamics customisations into deployable objects
Engage the project team and end-users to architect and develop Microsoft Dynamics gap/fit solutions
Perform data migrations to and from Microsoft Dynamics
Deliver outputs on time and within an acceptable level of quality
Unit test and document deliverables

BLUEFORT – Junior Consultant Vacancy

Responsible for execution of tasks related to the pre-sales, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing and documentation of software components in, or customization of, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform (ERP & CRM). The junior consultant will spend the majority of their time analysing customer requirements, writing functional designs, testing software components and documenting them with the aim of delivering tasks related to client delivery of Dynamics 365 packages and customisations using Microsoft Lifecycle Services. He/she is also responsible to carry out workshops with customers, support software developers with any functional knowledge gaps they might have and provide the sales people of the company with the necessary knowledge to drive business which includes but is not limited to, preparing fact-sheets, preparing slide-decks about a specific functional area of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Detailed description of main tasks and key responsibilities:

Capture, assess, and define client’s business requirements to meet those objectives using practical Dynamics AX business solutions and industry best practices.
Document and review all business processes, Gap/Fit Analysis findings, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and progress updates throughout implementation lifecycle.
Design and re-engineer business processes using best practices and standard Dynamics 365 business procedures.
Actively organize and facilitate workshops, in-house seminars, webinars, and knowledge transfers with clients and Business Consulting Team members.
Provide functionality demonstrations and training to new clients, end-users, and senior-level executives, as needed.
Work closely with the Sales Team to drive business.
Work closely with the development teams to assist in the design and conduct unit testing as well as integrated testing.
Assist in go live procedures and post go live support.

 The successful candidate would ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field;
  • At least 3 years working experience in a technical support position or equivalent;
  • Technically minded, detail oriented, organized and willing to learn;
  • Excellent level of business English;
  • Possess good communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL;
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.

Junior Systems Administrator

Due to further growth, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Systems Administrator. Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the management, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the company IT systems.

 

Further key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support in terms of problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of issues;
  • Managing activities related to operational services on a daily basis while gaining familiarisation with the DevOps lifecycle;
  • Setting up, configuring and maintaining existing and new hardware, peripherals and services;
  • Ensuring that system monitoring is performed daily while verifying the integrity and availability of each respective solution;
  • Provisioning, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows based systems (Server 2012/2016);
  • Managing and maintaining of internal services such as DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, ADFS and VoIP;
  • Assisting team members in using or accessing IT related systems.

 

 The successful candidate would ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Certification in MCITP, MCTS, MCSA, MCSE or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in Windows Server Platforms and within a similar environment;
  • Sound knowledge of security requirements and keeping up-to-date with the threat landscape;
  • Basic understanding of Citrix VDI Infrastructure;
  • Good knowledge of system and application monitoring tools such as Zabbix and PRTG;
  • Basic understanding of routing protocols;
  • Experience in Hyper-V Virtualization, administration and troubleshooting;
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Service administration and troubleshooting;
  • Experience with network installation and configuration – LAN/WAN, firewalls and switches.
  • Cisco CCNA certification will be considered an asset.
